for tramadol abuse in particular? and any other people on or have been on methadone program? I would like the doctors to have control over my dosage so i don’t overdose at home with tramal or oxy contin and so i dont have to go stuffing around for it. thanks

I have a friend on methadone. He goes to a clinic and they give him the dose and he has to take it there. Same as if he goes to a pharmacy, they do not allow you to take it with you or self dose, it’s something you take there and then, at a set dose.

I sincerely hope not. Carfentanil, a generic for Wildil, is an outrageously strong opioid intended for use in tranquilizing animals and is in no way safe for human consumption, although after reading up on it I understand the attraction. As an opioid, carfentatnil is akin to codeine and heroin — only much stronger than either, and synthetic. Consider this quote from a ranking chemist of the Drug Enforcement Administration:
“For instance, carfentanil is approximately 4000 times as potent as heroin and has an extremely favorable therapeutic index […]. Hence, an easy week’s work for two chemists could provide 1 (one) kilogram of carfentanil which would be equivalent to four metric tons of pure heroin.”

Methadone Abuse: Man Peppersprayed at Methadone Clinic , Moncton
Codiac RCMP respond to the methadone clinic on High Street this morning around 10:25AM for a man that was sprayed with pepperspray. Police brought the man outside to wait for the Ambulance to arrive. Paramedics checked the man, but he wasn’t transported to hospital but was placed in the back seat of a patrol car. Police took names of people that were at the clinic investigating what happened.
