    im on day 14 i been getting 5 to 6hrs a night getting thru the days is getting so much easier the night is getting better someone let me no what they think on long i have to go please?

    Good job man, my w/d fear kept me on methadone for 4 yrs and subutex for 1 and a half. Today is day 4 after a soild taper down to .75-1 mg daily (was sniffin them). If I didn’t move to a smalI town I would? be scoring. First three days were a joke to today, this video has given me some hope. Thanks

    do you take Imodium, gravol, or pepto for the nausea? and diarrhea? and for the pain, does advil, tylenol or naproxen help?

    yeah the only thing that’s been lingering is the nausea, but so far? today there’s been none. did have a little cramping and funny sounds in the tummy today, but it was really just an annoyance. hopefully it’s run it’s course. i think we feel the same about the idea of ever going back to on methadone. IF i ever relapse, i’ll just deal with it straight on.

    I posted to you earlier on into your detox. I’m on the exact day as you cold turkey from 130mg daily. ? Felt soooo much better today. I think we’re over the worst definitely. Congrats to us both and to everyone else who wants to be free of this horrible drug. Keep strong and know you will never go back!
