Court papers: Driver used heroin before deadly crash
While the four surviving victims from a series crash in Liverpool Sunday continue to recover, the driver accused of causing the crash remains behind bars. YNN obtained the court papers filed after the arrest of Muhammad Baqir, 42. As our Katie Gibas reports, according to those documents, Baqir admitted to sniffing heroin the morning of the crash.
