ikr? i started drinking coffee 2 days ago and its was like a miracle drink. i had two a day(this shit keeps me awake and focused in college and work) then today i only had one cuz my mom decided im only allowed to have one a day and at around 2-3 pm i felt like complete shit! i didnt have a headache but i reeealy wanted coffee and my whole body was so uncomfortable even from just sitting down. i had no motivation to do ANYTHING and i couldnt think straight. idk? if i was over reacting but damn…

I never drink that shit, and laugh at people who do…. “LAZY! “STUPID!”… If you can’t get off your ass in the morning without it, or “Start your day!”….lol… It will fuck your body up bad…. it will dehydrate? your body, and make you rott away…

Oh I hear you on that. I had been taking 1MR for a while. Never really cycled off in between containers. At one point (I am on meds for anxiety) the benefits of the supplement just didn’t outweigh what it was doing to my anxiety. So? I stopped, cold turkey. Since then I have not had any headaches (then again I usually never get them), but I have been tired, yawning, depressed, in the morning my anxiety is almost too much to handle. FML

There are a host? of herbs and supplements one can take to nourish their body to eliminate the need for caffeine. I encourage everyone to research it.

I’m going through a bad caffeine withdraw right now. I promised myself to not drink tea on the weekends but I felt so sluggish that I literally couldn’t get off my ass to do anything? if I didn’t have my tea :/ For me weaning down is easier than cold turkey.

  • moletfrog12:

@puppiesxsunshine I quit all caffeine for over a year, that whole? time I just felt like I never reached the level of happiness I had while drinking caffeine. The first few weeks of no caffeine were horrifying to the level of wanting to string myself up to a lamp pole.
