I was under the impression that Methadone was created to help drug addicts get off drugs like oxycotton and that it is not in any way a pain pill. My uncle said his doctor wants him to go to a Meth clinic for his back pain. I am wondering if he is telling the truth. Any help will be appreciated!

drug detox

i was on methadone for 7 months. my dosage went from 30mg. to 100mg. a day. i detoxed myself and completely stopped taking methadone. while on methadone 5 months of it my energy was low now i am exausted all the time. i feel much better without methadone i’m just so tired. if anyone has had this problem please how did you regain your energy back. it’s been 11 day’s now and i’m still very,very tired. honestly i feel like im loosing my mind. done been to my dr. she said my protein level was low to eat more protein and give it time. she said i’m looking at at least 2 months to recover and be myself again. surely there is something i can try. i drink energy drinks,plus take vitamin b. any help would be so appreciated. thanks.
