sores that take for ever to heal.on my scalp,in my ears,mouth also in my privates.Doctors have run all kinds of blood test,skin grafts, and for parasites.even several dermatologist. nun can find out what this is.I also at the same time lost all int rest in sex.I have gained weight now its stationary now. Im 58yrs of age, its been 8yrs now. Can some one please help me?

I hate to say it, but it looks like you have developed a sensitivity to the drug.

How are you sure it is related to the methadone? Not that i doubt you because (although it is rare) it can happen but there would seem to be so many other things to rule out first. Like are you on other meds that may be causing an interaction? Have you changed anything like detergents, soaps, foods, etc.? Here is a story regarding rashes and methadone…
