Christian, this is exactly what my dad has gone through in the years; from
the herniated disc and anti inflammatories, then epidurals. It followed
twice with surgery and now is left with a scar rubbing (excuse my
terminology) his damaged nerve. I wish he had someone looking into it when
it was the right time. I do not believe in loads of prescribed narcotics
and I wonder if he could still have a chance with chiro…

Treat your pinched nerve with ice, anti-inflammatories, and rest. Consult
your (real) doctor who will send you for x-rays and/or an MRI, and, if
needed, refer you to a neurologist. Don’t listen to quacks who do more
damage than good, and who are just after your money.

  • Smartchick568:

Gosh that looks painful O-O I think I’d like to stay with my pinched nerve
    thank you very much doc.

  • phildog67:

This^is the case with every person I know that has had back surgery.

  • Christian Augustin:

If you think a neurologist is the answer I guess you think narcotics are
going to fix the problem. Here is how it works at the “real doc”. Take MRI
see a herniated disc and prescribe narcotics, muscle relaxers and anti
inflammatories. Three weeks later when that does not work send the patient
for an epidural with the pain doc. Then to the surgeon who does a
microdiscectomy or fusion. 8 months later scar tissue forms and pain
returns and now there is no treatment. Stick with the chiro!!!
