    I would be very interested in understanding the conversation, about
    methadone. Given that I represent one methadone patients in the United
    States and I like to know the level of understanding in Iran. I know that
    there is a high rate of heroin dependent persons in Iran. In fact it seem
    to me that Iran treat their methadone patients a lot better than the do in
    the United States where a lot of patients feel politically oppressed by the
    governments Yet you treat you patients with a lot more dignity
