Remember to read from the bottom up and not start from the top down.

My neck is healing, though it still isn’t perfect, it is much better and I
rarely have any headaches. I must admit, it hasn’t been a perfect process,
it hasn’t been painless or easy. But, IT IS POSSIBLE. Which I seriously
doubted even as I first came here. Now I’m a believer. It is possible to
get free from opiates and be happy without them, although it has been an
    extremely trying and difficult journey.

  • David McDaniel:

Just had my last appointment. April 13, 2011. I’m opiate free. Still
dealing with some brain chemical balance issues, but where getting there.
The AWESOME thing for me is I am never going to have to take opiates
again!!!! I’m free!! In 3 months time, by their care, I went from bed
ridden to back to working out and benching 300 lbs again! I’d of never
thought at almost 40 I’d be able to reach the level of strength again that
I had at 20! My joints are all healing up at an amazing rate.

It would be impossible alone or without Dr. Sponaugle and his wonderful
staff, including now my good friend Ari, my nurse. And Dennis was a
wonderful assett who really helped me through some tough spots. Thank all
of you at the wellness center. You haven’t seen the last of me. I shall be
sending and bringing many of my family and friends and lost souls bound by
drugs down to you. I love all of you.
