many people feel it forever, some for about 3-4 months or more.
Long term abstinance syndrome can even leave some people feeling withdrawl after a year or more!
Just stick with it and avoid alcohol.
I find extreme hard exercise helps.
A good hard f@~k is especially good.
I went on methadone for a yr, i weened down from 70mg /day in dropping 5mg weekly now have been off completely for 3 months I truely feel I cant concentrate on ANYTHING i feel very scatter-brained with an inability to focus on anything from school work to daily activities? IM grad. college in a couple months with my associates degree and starting immeadiatly on my bachlors, Is this a side effect of getting off the methadone?
hi Im a methadone patient now of 4 yrs using it for the addiction I had to opiate painkillers and a touch of heroin I was snorting for about one yr. I also dabbed in the recreactional use of oxycotin. I find some of the things you mentioned to be true such as depression and anxiety. I was wondering if you or any of your collegue to make a video on this subject if you are a doctor that has lots of knowledge on the subject. I need the truth or can you guide me to a good site. thanks much
