Times staff Friday, September 2, 2011 NEW PORT RICHEY — A 45-year-old woman is accused of giving roxycodone, methadone and crack cocaine to a teenaged girl in her custody. Paula Carline Pendley was arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated child abuse. The girl is now 16 and told investigators the abuse began in January 2009 and continued until June.
