He has been on Methadone for 6 months now and he has no interest in having sex with me at all. At first I thought, maybe he is cheating but he never goes anywhere without me, then I thought it must be me, but i am not ugly by any means. He tells me it must be the Methadone, he is never in the mood.. He has no problem once we get started (if I force him to do it) staying “ready” but it is just getting him to even want to do anything, is a chore itself. I need help, I am 30 and in my PRIME.. So I can’t be satisfied with this once every 6 weeks thing it is just not working out for me at all.. ANY SUGGESTIONS on why it may be doing this to him? And ways I may be able to “get him in the mood”. I have tried having him come home from work and me be at the door naked, I have tried the car trick. (which does work but only for him) I have tried strip tease. I am at the point to where i may actually be pushing him away more cause i am always asking him for it. HELP!!!!!!
He is prescribed Methadone through A doctor, he is not abusing it on the streets.

He won’t have a sex drive with methadone period.
My ex was addicted to methadone so I know.

I think maybe if you actually care about him at all you should worry about his drug addiction instead of his sex drive. He needs to go to counseling or rehab ASAP or he is going to die! I would encourage him to seek some kind of help and soon.
